Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of KickBrief, operated by Maxim Khafizov, a self-employed individual based in the Republic of Uzbekistan (“we”). By creating an account you agree to them. KickBrief is a business tool intended for web designers, freelancers and agencies.

The service

KickBrief lets you send your clients a checklist link to collect website content: answers, files, and website copy drafted by AI from the client's answers and approved by the client. We may improve or change features over time.

Your responsibilities

• Only invite people you work with, who expect to hear from you. Don't use KickBrief to send unsolicited messages.
• Don't use it to collect passwords, payment card data, identity documents, health data or other sensitive information, or to store illegal or infringing content.
• You are responsible for the content you and your clients upload, and for having the right to use it.
• Keep your sign-in email secure. Treat client links as private; you can generate a new link at any time.

We may suspend accounts that break these rules or put the service or other users at risk.

AI-generated text

Drafts are generated automatically from what your client wrote and may contain mistakes. Your client approves the text, and you remain responsible for reviewing what you publish on a website.

Plans and payment

The Free plan is free. The Pro plan is a subscription billed monthly in advance. It renews automatically each month until you cancel. You can cancel anytime on the Plan page in your dashboard; you then keep Pro until the end of the period you already paid for, and you won't be charged again. If a renewal payment fails and isn't completed within a few days, your account returns to the Free plan.

Payments are processed by lava.top (LAVALANE LTD, Cyprus) and its licensed payment partners. We never receive or store your card details. Prices include any fees charged by us; your bank may add its own currency-conversion fees.

If you're not happy, contact us within 14 days of your first payment for a full refund. Prices may change with at least 30 days' notice; a new price applies from your next renewal after that notice.

Your data

You own your content. We process it only to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy. You can delete projects or your account at any time.

Availability and liability

We work hard to keep KickBrief reliable, but it is provided “as is” without warranties. Keep your own copies of important files. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer protection law.

Ending your account

You can stop using KickBrief and delete your account at any time from your dashboard. Deleting your account also cancels an active subscription.
