  • There is a 14-day free trial, no card needed, but no free plan after it.
  • The Basic plan doesn't include custom branding or the premium integrations.
  • Some review sites still show older prices ($29 Basic, $59 Plus, $99 Pro). Content Snare's own pricing page is the one to trust.

What a solo designer pays per year

On Basic, that's $420 a year billed yearly, or $504 paying month to month. If you build 6–10 websites a year, that's roughly $40–85 of content collection per project, before you count the time spent rewriting what clients send.

Cheaper ways to collect website content

  • KickBrief: free for your first project, then $19/month for unlimited projects. Made for web designers: the client answers simple questions (or speaks), AI drafts the copy from their answers, and the client approves it. See the comparison.
  • A free form builder (Google Forms, Tally): no cost, but no reminders, no file checks and no help with the actual writing.
  • A shared doc with a section per page: free and familiar, but easy for clients to ignore. Use our free website content questionnaire as the starting point.
